Whether due to personal schedule changes or force majeure, you may request a refund based on the following terms. 一、訂金政策|Deposit Policy 行程經雙方確認後,旅客需支付總金額 10% 作為訂金,以保留車輛與專屬時段。訂金繳交後,視為正式成立訂單。 Once the ride is confirmed by both parties, a deposit of 10% of the total cost must be paid to reserve the vehicle and time slot.
