接機時間請填寫「班機抵達時間」，司機將依實際落地時間至機場周邊等候，並主動聯繫您。若需舉牌接機請提前告知客服。

• 可否安排舉牌接機？可安排中文或英文舉牌，適合外賓或初次來台旅客，請於訂單備註說明。

• 深夜／凌晨有加價嗎？無論何時搭乘，全天價格一致，不另收夜間費。

• 兒童安全座椅收費？每車免費提供一座，超出請提前備註。

• 臨時加點接送？若為順路，每增加一點加收 NT$200，請務必提前說明地址以便安排。

• 取消與退費？出發前 12 小時內可「無理由全額退費」。若遇班機延誤、取消等不可抗力事件，也可立即辦理退費，不收任何費用。
